Mathematical Model of Process of Vibration Movement of Flexible Particle for Providing the Non-Destructive Testing of Serviceability of Vibrotechnics


There is proposed mathematical model of process of vibration movement ofrnflexible particle along harmoniously oscillated surface, with countingrnpossibility of flexible particle and its own oscillations.rnThe relationship obtained as a result of model analysis establishes instantrnconnection between speed of movement of absolutely solid particle as well asrnflexible particle depending on physical and mechanical properties of thernlatter and oscillation frequency of surface.rnThe obtained results and conclusions are necessary of providing of nondestructiverntesting of serviceability of industrial equipment for process inrnprinciple of which lies movement of flexible material along vibrated surfacern(oscillating conveyer, oscillating trough, vibrating feeder, vibratingrnseparator, etc.), as well as for adjustment of apparatus for maximumrncapacity.rnAt present at the different enterprises there is more widely applied thernprocessing of different waste to re-usable raw material. The creation ofrnlines and technologies on processing of secondary resources proposes usagernof different devices for transportation or supply of raw to the equipmentrnenvisaged by technological process. The vibrating transportation of thernenrichment products has become the most advanced kind in the resourcesavingrntechnologies . In process of exploitation of vibration devices therernis a necessity of the solution of the important problems of adjustment andrnproviding the non-destructive testing of serviceability of the equipment.rnFor the successful solution of these problems it is necessary to grasp thernmodel of vibrating transportation of the granulated material possessingrndifferent resiliency. The mentioned below mathematical model of process ofrnvibration transportation of an elastic material allows to obtain conclusionsrnfor a quantitative assessment of speed of vibration transportation ofrnparticles of different resiliency and size, and this, without doubt, allowsrnto solve the above-mentioned subjects.rnAs it is known, all bodies without exception have elastic properties. Inrnprocess of interaction of an excitation source, ( in this case it isrnharmonically oscillating plane), with a body, in the latter naturalrnoscillations occur, which depending on properties of a material haverndifferent period of damping and amplitude. In a general view the problem ofrninteraction of an excitation source with a system of oscillation wasrnconsidered earlier by other authors, but from the point of view ofrninfluencing natural oscillations of an elastic body on vibrationrntransportation, as far as we know, the given problem was not under decision.......
